Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order , you must contact us to request a return authorization with in 10 business days of receiving shipment for a merchandise credit.

Your return must be postmarked within 10 business days after receiving your return authorization. A copy of
your invoice and return authorization form must be included with your return.

Return items must be in their original condition (i.e. new, unworn, undamaged) to receive a merchandise credit. LeannJane Jewelry reserves the right to refuse items returned without authorization or not in the original condition.
